From collection, export customs clearance and loading to import customs clearance and delivery, Nippon Express will take care of your shipment all the way.

Safe Transportation by Container
   

We will send your goods by full container ship and our overseas branches or offices will arrange customs clearance and delivery after arrival. Shipment to New York will take about 45 days, to Chicago 40 days, shipment to Los Angeles 30 days, to London 50 days, to Paris, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium 60 days, and to Hong Kong 20 days.
    Please understand that due to shipping schedules delays may occur.

An Economical Service
   

You can ship boxes whose weight does not exceed 30kg and whose combined size (sum of height, length and width ) is within 150 cm. It costs only \ 25, 000 to all cities within the Continental US (Alaska and Hawaii excepted), London, Paris, Germany, (Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt), the Netherlands, Belgium and Australia, and only \18,000 to Singapore and \15,000 to Hong Kong.

  You will find this service especially useful when you ship items of daily use on the occasion of a new assignment, or for shipments of small volume.
 
・ Items subject to national customs regulations such as securities, currencies, precious metals, alcohol, tobacco, plants and animals, magazines disturbing public order and standards of decency cannot be shipped. Please check with us for more information.
・ The rates do not include the following: Packing charge and cost of packing material if you request that Nippon Express pack your goods, exceptional charges for export or import of goods such as charges for obtaining licenses, local taxes, etc.
・ Requested Documentation: Please fill in the application form and packing list that we provide.
  Insured value limited to \ 300,000 per box.

Items that we cannot Handle

The following items cannot be shipped whatever the destination:
Alcohol, animals, artworks, audio products, bank notes (counterfeit, imitation or forged), benzine, bills, bonds, checks, cosmetics, currencies, dairy products, drugs, dry ice, easily rotting materials, flammables, fragile items, frozen products, fruit, gases, guns, hazardous materials and products, high pressure gas, instruments for consumption of narcotics, instant food containing meat, items disturbing public order and standards of decency, jewelry, jewels, living organisms, magnetic materials, mats, meat (instant food included), medical equipment, musical instruments, milk, milk products, narcotics, oxides, perishable foods, plants, platinum, pornographic material, precious metals, precious or semi-precious stones, products breaching patent rights and intellectual property rights, products under the scope of the Washington Convention (including bags, belts made using them, furs, ivory), radioactive material, rice, sand, securities, seeds, snorkels, spray cans, stocks, straw, swords, thinner, tobacco, toxic substances, traveler checks, non used stamps, valuables, weapons.
