The purpose of this Hotline is to identify such issues early on and work towards remediation and correction. However, this does not prevent employees of our group companies from using it.
  • 繝ｻThis Hotline primarily accepts reports and consultations concerning human rights issues and general compliance matters arising from the business activities of our group companies. It may also be used if it is unclear whether a matter falls within the scope of accepted cases.
  • 繝ｻWe will investigate reported matters and take appropriate action. Please note that, during the investigation process, we may request your cooperation after confirming your intentions.
  • 繝ｻAnonymous reports and consultations may be accepted. However, please note that in such cases, feedback, including reporting of investigation results, will generally not be provided.
  • 繝ｻReporting will not result in any disadvantage to the reporter or their place of employment. However, this does not apply to reports made with the intent to deliberately provide false information, reports made with the intent to slander or defame others (including, but not limited to, officers and employees of our group companies), or reports made for other improper purposes.
