Cardboard boxes
How to make a cardboard box

- Pack heavy items into small cardboard boxes and light items into large cardboard boxes.
- Put items that can act as cushions in the bottom and top of the cardboard boxes.
- For breakable items, completely cover each individual item in bubble wrap and newspapers.
- Place flat items like plates in vertically so they are standing up.
- Pack the cardboard boxes fully so no gaps occur inside.
- Create a packing list for the items you pack.
If you do not have any packing lists, take notes on what you packed, and copy that onto the packing list brought by moving staff on the moving day.
Writing the box label
Label filled cardboard boxes in the following way.
Especially on cardboard boxes containing breakables, do not forget to write FRAGILE.

The moving staff will check cardboard boxes containing breakables on the moving day, so please ask them.
